Ticket prices and availability depend on the performer, opponent, seat location, and demand. Review the listing carefully for the event date, ticket type, and any applicable fees before purchasing. Seating Information

Seating configurations may differ between sporting events and stage productions. A concert setup can use the floor for additional seating or standing room, while a sports event typically follows the arena's court-centered arrangement. Always use the seating map attached to the specific event listing rather than relying on a layout from another occasion.

When comparing seats, consider the view and distance that suit the event. Seats closer to the court can offer a more immediate view of the action, while elevated locations may provide a broader perspective. For concerts, the stage position and production layout can affect sightlines, so check the event's map and seating notes before choosing.

Parking Information

The arena is located on the Eastern Kentucky University campus in Richmond. Parking arrangements can depend on the event and campus operations, so allow extra time to reach the venue, follow event-day signage, and check any parking instructions supplied with your ticket or event announcement.

Before setting out, confirm whether parking is included, reserved, or available on a first-come basis. If campus lots are busy, consider allowing time to locate an alternative legal parking option nearby and walk to the arena. Avoid parking in restricted or permit-only areas, and follow posted campus regulations.
